How to make your own subliminal affirmations

Making your own subliminal affirmations

Today, I’m going to show you how to make your own subliminal audio affirmations to listen to using the free software, Audacity. I’ll show you exactly how to add frequency to your affirmation even if you’ve never done this before.

At this point, I’ll assume you have already created your affirmation recording. If not, I recommend watching some of my other videos teaching you the process.

How to Make Subliminals in Audacity

Subliminal affirmations are a way to bypass the door into the subconscious mind. This allows you to inject a new program or set of beliefs to change your behaviour and lifestyle. Subliminal literally means "below threshold."

Now, let's look at the steps involved to make subliminal affirmations in Audacity.

Step 1: Download Free Software & Plugin

Audacity (Free)

Once the download is complete, follow the installation instructions on screen. Remember the location where you save the downloaded file.

Step 2: How subliminal messages are created

Open Audacity.

Load, record, or import your audio files.

You can either record your affirmations in Audacity and then drag the music file in. Or you can record the affirmations separately, and drag each audio file into the project.

Select the track that you want to add the subliminal to. It should highlight blue (as seen below).

On the menu, select "Tools" and then click "Nyquist Prompt".

This will bring up the following box.

From here, you can "apply" the prompt.

If this doesn't come up, click the "Load" button and select the file that you downloaded (shown below).

Once this has finished, you will notice a change to the soundwave of your audio file.

Before the prompt is applied.

After the prompt is applied.

Notice how the second image (shown above) looks much thinner than the first one. This is the result of the subliminal plugin being activated.

Step 3: Export and Listen

It's that simple.

You may choose to add additional FX and play around with the levels if you choose to.

Conclusion

Turning your affirmations into subliminals is a straightforward process, thanks to the awesome plugin mentioned above. (Thanks to the creator).
