How I changed my limiting beliefs to create a new blueprint

Overcoming Limiting Beliefs: My Personal Journey

Today, I'm doing something a bit different. Initially, I was planning to create a how-to video on overcoming limiting beliefs and reprogramming your mind. Instead, I decided to share my personal journey. I'll dive into how I overcame my limiting beliefs, provide some background, and share insights that you can apply to your own life.

The Wake-Up Call

In 2010, I lost a close friend. This tragic event was a significant wake-up call for me. It made me realize how short life is and how important it is to make the most of it and find meaning. This led me to discover "The Secret" and delve into the teachings of Abraham Hicks, Bob Proctor, and others. Bob Proctor and Abraham Hicks resonated with me the most.

The Turning Point

At the time, Bob Proctor offered a program that I was eager to join, despite my financial struggles. Working a part-time job and studying, I decided to take the leap and invest in the program, even if it meant borrowing money or using a credit card.

Fortunately, I had a conversation with Bob, where he shared a powerful message that became my personal motivation. He told me that even if I didn't believe I could change my life, it was enough to believe that he believed in me. This trust in him propelled me forward.

The Power of Repetition

One of the most crucial lessons Bob taught me was the power of repetition. I created a motivational track featuring Bob's voice and listened to it every day. This practice inspired me to create The Affirmation Breakthrough, which helps others make their own audio affirmations to reprogram their minds.

Reflecting on Influences

It's essential to reflect on your environment and influences. Consider where you grew up, the people around you, and the conversations you were exposed to. These factors shape your beliefs. To create a new blueprint, you must first identify what needs to change.

Identifying Limiting Beliefs

Start by pinpointing where you struggle in life or where you desire different results. This often highlights the areas to focus on. I offer a free limiting belief worksheet.

Embracing the Process

Initially, I didn't fully understand how I could change my life, even though I believed in Bob's teachings. I bombarded myself with positive information for months until I genuinely felt that I could change my life. This shift from belief to knowing was transformative.

The Importance of a Positive Environment

Surround yourself with positive influences. With the internet, it's easier than ever to access motivational content. By regularly listening to inspiring individuals, you can adopt their mindset and approach. For example, when facing challenges, I often asked myself, "What would Bob Proctor say?" This helped me internalize his teachings.

Ongoing Growth

Overcoming limiting beliefs is an ongoing process. We all have numerous limiting beliefs, but the key is to identify the core ones holding us back. By reversing these beliefs and creating positive affirmations, you can start to make significant changes.

Take Action

Use my limiting belief worksheet to identify and overcome your core limiting beliefs. If you need personalized help, you can schedule a complimentary 30-minute call with me. We'll see if we're a good fit and work together to take you to the next level.

Peace out for now. I'll see you next time. Have a great day!
