How to influence your subconscious mind

Introduction

The subconscious mind is an extremely powerful tool that you have been gifted. When you understand how it works and how to communicate with it, you'll realize that it's the key to achieving your life's biggest goals.

It's literally like a cheat code for your life.

Today, I'm going to share with you how you can influence your subconscious mind so that you can use this information to elevate yourself and create the 2.0 version of yourself.

Understanding the Conscious and Subconscious Mind

In order to influence our subconscious, we must first understand the mind. Both the conscious and subconscious minds are essential, but the subconscious mind is the powerhouse responsible for changing your life, which we'll get to shortly.

conscious mind vs subconscious mind

The conscious mind refers to the thinking mind, which we use to navigate the world and make sense of what's happening. We consciously make decisions and rely on our senses to identify our environment.

However, when it comes to changing our lives and achieving our goals, it's the subconscious mind that does much of the heavy lifting.

You may have noticed that there are certain things in your life that you consciously know you should do but struggle to follow through on. That's because your subconscious mind is running most of the show. In fact, experts like Dr. Joe Dispenza and Bruce Lipton suggest that for 95% of the day, we operate from the subconscious mind.

The Subconscious Operating System

Think of the subconscious like an operating system, running a series of programs or habits mostly on autopilot. These habits include physical actions like brushing your teeth or driving to work, as well as belief systems and patterns embedded from the past. However, much of this programming may be outdated and no longer serve us, leading to areas of struggle or unfulfilled desires in our lives.

To make lasting changes, it's not just about altering our physical actions or setting new goals; it's about making internal shifts and connecting with the subconscious mind. We can be influenced by conversations, media consumption, and the people we surround ourselves with. But rather than being passively programmed, we can take control of our design and influence our subconscious.

Three Ways to Manipulate the Subconscious Mind

There are three primary ways to manipulate the subconscious mind effectively.

Repetition

Firstly, through the repetition of thoughts or new ideas. This can be done through methods like creating a vision board, writing out goals, or watching videos that evoke desired emotions. Repetition is key to rewiring the subconscious mind and instilling positive beliefs.

Bob Proctor was the man who drilled this idea into my head.

Affirmations

Secondly, affirmations can be a powerful tool for reprogramming the subconscious mind, particularly in the theta brainwave state. This state, experienced just before falling asleep or upon waking, is ideal for absorbing new messages that can shape beliefs and drive behavior.

Feelings

Lastly, visualizing images, sounds, or affirmations that evoke emotion is crucial. Emotion is the key to manifesting desires, as feeling the reality of our goals as if they've already been achieved accelerates the manifestation process.

By consistently tapping into these emotions, affirming our desires, and seeking evidence of change in our daily lives, we can effectively reprogram our subconscious and witness positive transformations.

Remember, making these practices a daily habit and remaining consistent is essential for seeing tangible changes in your life. If you're interested in creating your own audio affirmations or diving deeper into these techniques, I highly recommend doing so.
